Just for Pleasure DVD Club Membership 1. A one year "Just For Pleasure DVD Club Membership" is $20. The signup price allows the member to rent DVD's from Just For Pleasure at a cost of $5 per night with your first $5 rental for free (not including DVD deposit). Multi disk sets are $10 per night 2. All rentals are $5 or $10 depending on DVD choice, per DVD choice.. 3. If renting on a Saturday you will be charged for 2 nights rental & rental will be due back on Monday by closing (10:00 pm). 4. A cash deposit for retail price of movie must be left for every movie rented. Example: If the retail price of a DVD is $24.99 - that full amount must be left as a deposit. 5. Upon returning DVD in good working condition, you (the customer) will get your cash deposit back minus the rental fee of $5 per night. 6. NO CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKS ACCEPTED!!! 7. If rental DVD is not returned, customer forfeits deposit left on DVD. There will be no trades, exchanges, discounts given. 8. If customer keeps the DVD & forfeits cash deposit he/she will still be allowed to rent DVD's in the future with same rental rules applying. 9. If a DVD purchase price is $30 & you keep the DVD for 6 days @$5 per night that rental DVD then belongs to you. 10. On the anniversary of your membership you must renew membership before being able to rent. 11. All rentals must be returned to an employee of Just For Pleasure to receive credit for DVD return. NO rentals may be left @ door. 12. Customer may choose any full price DVD to rent. No '1/2 price DVD or final sale DVD may be rented. 13. DVD rentals must be returned in DVD box in good working condition. 14. If DVD is returned damaged, broken, scratched, warped, etc, customer forfeits deposit. Just For Pleasure employees will inspect rentals upon rental & return. 15. You, the customer, are responsible for keeping track of your rental times. We will not call you to update you on your rental return dates. 16. These rules are made by management and must be followed or your membership will be terminated. Management has the right to change or cancel any of the above rules without notification. |
